This summer has been a busy one for Aurora Celena! She played multiple music festivals including: Farewell Fest (Oregon), St. Pete's Taco and Tequila Fest (Florida) and Eclectic Fest (California). She has also been rocking the sunset strip at venues like Whisky-a-Go-Go, The Viper Room and The Troubadour with multiple bands. Her main band, Pinktastic Plastixx, dropped a new single and music video this summer and made appearances in the West Hollywood and LA pride parades.
Aurora is also active with hired-gun work. She was in the house band of the Drag Telethon last month which raised half a million dollars for charity. From reggae to hard rock to pop-punk, Aurora plays with a variety of different bands. Since she moved to LA six months ago, she's already been featured in articles for Guitar Girl Magazine, LA Weekly and Bustle.
She is also an active member of Gritty in Pink which is an LA based organization designed to connect female musicians with gigs.
